Our Approach
Genesis Method approaches training with an emphasis on longevity. The success of every goal is directly dependent on a program's ability to build the body up as opposed to breaking it down. This is done by choosing exercises that possess the highest amount of benefit and lowest amount of risk. Every movement has a purpose utilizing bio-mechanics specific to our client and teaching precise technique on every exercise. Combined with our therapeutic strategies, we progress our clients programs as they improve and reach their goals as effectively and safely as possible.
Assessment
The Genesis Method assesses functional alignment through comprehensive methods of analyzing postural dysfunction, joint mobility range of motion, neuromuscular pattern imbalance, and functional movement performance. This is critical for our training and treatment programs that are uniquely customized for each individual based on where they are at in the functional alignment spectrum.
